We are looking for a Property Engineer who wants to contribute to the development and optimization of our properties and production facilities in Malmö.

About the positionThe position involves a wide variety of projects related to the development of our premises and production environments, including new construction of offices and factory spaces as well as renovations and extensions. In this role, you will work closely with both internal functions and external stakeholders to plan and drive activities that support our growth and long-term expansion plans. The work includes both technical issues such as ventilation, cooling, heating, and property automation, as well as more strategic improvement and change initiatives.

You will also contribute to the development of plans for future expansion and work with analyses and follow-ups aimed at more efficient energy use. The role involves ongoing contact with contractors and suppliers and serves as a technical support in both projects and the daily operations of the factory.

About you You are communicative and proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are used to collaborating broadly, are responsible, and solution-oriented. The role requires you to work in a structured and methodical manner, have analytical skills, and be able to communicate with both technicians and other partners. You thrive in change, have the ambition to develop together with the organization, and are accustomed to sometimes working practically in close collaboration with technicians.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Technical education or equivalent experience in property, energy, or similar

• Experience with property-related systems and technical installations

• Interest in sustainability and long-term improvements

• Enjoyment in an environment with change and development projects

Experience with electrical installations and understanding of technical property systems is a merit.
